How long does an order take?

Most pieces are ready in 3 to 7 business days after the quote is approved. Projects that require custom 3D design may take longer; a precise timeline is always shared before we start.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept standard 3D printing formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. If you don't have a file, you can send us photos, a sketch, or just a description of the project.

Do you offer 3D modeling if I don't have a file?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starting from photos, drawings, dimensions, or references, we model the piece before printing it. Design fees are listed separately in the quote.

What materials do you use?

Mainly two: PLA, rigid and economical, ideal for decorative pieces, and PETG, more resistant to heat and impact, for functional parts.

Why can I see lines on the surface of printed pieces?

Accepted Answer

3D printing builds the object layer by layer, which leaves fine visible lines. This is normal. Finer layers or post-processing (sanding) are available on request.

What precision can I expect?

Dimensions typically hold to ±0.5mm precision. Exact measurements or the original object help us guarantee precision for pieces that need to fit exactly.

Can you reproduce a broken piece?

Often, yes. Photos from several angles with dimensions, or the item itself, are usually enough to reproduce a broken or hard-to-find piece.

Can you print licensed characters?

No, we don't reproduce copyrighted characters. Original designs inspired by a particular style are still possible, though.

Is there a maximum size for a printed piece?

Large pieces can be printed in sections and assembled afterward. Feasibility is assessed on a per-project basis.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, pickup is available in Laval by appointment. You'll be notified as soon as your piece is ready.
